Welcome to the home of SWYFC Hurricanes! 

We are an Under 8’s team (Yr 3 in 2011/2012 Academic year) encouraging both boys and girls to learn and enjoy the game of football.

We train on Sunday mornings, 10 to 11am at the SWYFC home ground located in Ryeish Lane, off Clares Green Lane in Spencers Wood. 

We are part of the East Berks Youth Football League (EBYFL) and play matches on a Saturday mornings both home and away.  Kick offs range between 09:00 and 12:00 at grounds covering areas in the Reading/Wokingham/Bracknell borders.

We encourage the players to enjoy, respect and learn in both training sessions and games. We present the ‘Effort Award’ to a player at the end of each match, ensuring that the players understand it’s not just goals and winning that is important!
